How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 7-day Creator trial, no card required. When it ends you move to the Free plan automatically; nothing is charged, and you can upgrade whenever you're ready.
Is there a discount for my first month?
Yes. First-time subscribers on monthly plans pay $4 for their first month of Creator (then $10/mo) or $6 for their first month of Influencer (then $20/mo). It applies automatically at checkout, on web and iOS.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month (or yearly, if you choose) and you can cancel from your account settings whenever you like. You keep your plan until the end of the billing period.
Does a web purchase work in the iOS app?
Yes. Your plan is tied to your Fuse account, not the device. Subscribe on the web and the iOS app unlocks automatically, and vice versa.
How do the 3 free posts a month work?
Free accounts get 3 posts each month, granted upfront. The allowance renews monthly on your signup date. Creator and Influencer have unlimited posts, on all the platforms Fuse supports.
What is the seller fee?
A percentage Fuse keeps when it pays money out to you. Today that's affiliate program payouts. It's 7% on Free, 3% on Creator, and 0% on Influencer, and it's itemized on every payout.
Do you host my videos?
Fuse uploads natively to each platform. Your media lives on the platforms, and storage covers your working library of uploads, thumbnails, and metadata while posts are being prepared and scheduled.
